STEP 1 – Review the list of available places at individual universities prepared by the University Teaching Committee (the list for the academic year/winter semester is published on 15 April; the list for the summer semester is updated on 31 October). It is available at: most.amu.edu.pl.
STEP 2 – Once you have found a study programme of interest at a selected university, register in the MOST OAS (internet candidate registration for MOST).
STEP 3 – Print out the completed application form from the MOST OAS.
STEP 4 – Submit the application to the Dean or Vice-Dean of your home faculty for review. The document should be forwarded via the student affairs office at the Institute.
STEP 5 – Submit the positively reviewed application to the JU Centre for Academic Support (to the university-level MOST Programme coordinator) within the appropriate timeframe:
- Mobility for the winter semester or full academic year: 15 April – 15 May
- Mobility for the summer semester: 31 October – 30 November
The MOST programme coordinator will present the application to the JU Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs for approval. Once approved, the coordinator will upload the application to the IRK MOST system.
STEP 6 – Check your OAS MOST account to see whether you have been qualified for the programme (30 June – for winter semester or full academic year; 30 December – for summer semester), or await a decision from the University Teaching Committee, which will be sent by mail to the address provided in your application.
STEP 7 – Before starting your studies, contact the coordinator at the host university or consult the programme information published on the host university’s website.
STEP 8 – Prepare and submit a Study Programme Agreement (pay attention to compulsory courses) to the Dean or Vice-Dean of your home faculty for approval.
STEP 9 – Upon commencing your studies, submit the Study Programme Agreement to the host university for approval by its Dean or Vice-Dean. The document should be forwarded via the student affairs office at the Institute.
STEP 10 – Begin your studies at the selected university and expand your academic knowledge.
STEP 11 – After completing all courses listed in the Study Programme Agreement and collecting entries in the Student Achievement Record, obtain confirmation of completion from the Dean or Vice-Dean of the host university (grades and credits are not entered into the student record book).
STEP 12 – Collect a Certificate issued by the host university confirming your participation in the programme.
STEP 13 – Upon returning from the programme, submit the Student Achievement Record to the Dean or Vice-Dean of your home faculty (this document serves as the basis for entering credits into the USOS system). The document should be forwarded via the student affairs office at the Institute.
During your studies within the MOST Programme, any applicable scholarships (social, academic, and others) are paid by your home university. The host university should, where possible and upon request, provide accommodation in a student residence hall.
