For over 15 years, she has conducted systematic research in the field of information services, with particular emphasis on the use of emerging technologies in public institutions, especially libraries. She participated in national and international research projects, including EMPATIC, NIAGARA, XPM, IMPULSE and PEER. She organised international conferences, including the European Conference on Information Literacy 2023 and Information Practices of Interpreters and Translators 2024.
